Working with residential and commercial projects I believe designing with integrity is key to a successful project, understanding the relationship between each element, creating a unique personal space reflecting your own ‘Personal Style DNA’.
Interior design is so much more than a beautifully presented room in a magazine. We relax, sleep, eat and play within our homes. And, even more so these days, we need somewhere to work too! That’s a lot of activity and needs careful consideration not only about how our space looks but the way it works for us.
Whatever stage of a project you’re at, we can help. We offer a tailored service, from working ‘off plan’ for extensions or new builds, to a ‘refresh’ of an existing room that needs some TLC.
Bringing your project to life using 3d imaging is an invaluable insight to how you can make the most of your space. You can see how a chosen wallpaper or custom piece of furniture will look within the room, giving true visualisation, taking out the guess work and providing huge peace of mind.
I use trusted trading partners and carefully selected new suppliers enabling me to source unique products and, most importantly, I will always look to include existing loved and cherished items into your design, whether this be up-cycling furniture or finding a new setting for a baby grand piano!
Each project is the start of a new journey, both for myself and the client. I’ve been sourcing products at interior shows and exhibitions for 25 years, initially for my retail business and more recently for interior design clients. Keeping up to date with the latest trends is both an enjoyable and vital part of my interior design knowledge bank.
I believe in continued personal and professional development – I was awarded a 1st Class BA Honours Degree in Interior Design in 2014 and have recently enrolled on a Masters degree, spurred on by the recent lockdown!
